TRAIN TICKET POLICY
Pre-Order Ticket Policy
Peru Railways (PR) releases train tickets according to seasonal schedules and demand. During high season or when trains are not yet open for sale, we offer Pre-Order Tickets under the following conditions:
- Your booking will remain in pre-order (pending) status until tickets are officially issued by PR.
- Seat class preferences (Expedition, Vistadome, or Vistadome Observatory) are subject to availability at the time of ticket issuance.
- If your selected departure or class is unavailable, alternative options will be offered via email or phone.
- If we cannot secure suitable tickets, you may choose a refund or alternative travel option.
- Once confirmed, official e-tickets will be delivered via email and can be used directly for boarding.
Confirmed & Issued Ticket Policy
Once a ticket has been confirmed, issued by PR, and delivered via email, the ticket is strictly non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-cancellable.
Peru Rail tickets are issued for a specific train, date, and class. Changes to passenger details, travel date, train number, or seat class are not permitted after issuance.
