Luggage Policy

Hand Luggage: Passengers are allowed to carry hand luggage within the following limits:

Weight: Up to 20 kg (luggage exceeding 20 kg must be checked in)
Dimensions: Maximum length 0.8m, width 0.5m, height 0.16m

Checked Luggage: Checked luggage must adhere to the following conditions:

Properly packed to avoid damage during transport
Details such as recipient name, phone number, and address must be clearly labeled
Items like motorbikes or bicycles must be registered separately

Important Notes

Changes made within 48 hours of departure are not allowed.
Passengers must comply with the luggage size and weight restrictions to avoid additional fees.
All luggage exceeding the allowed weight must be checked in at the station with applicable fees.
